**The Opportunity**:
Due to continued growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Service Coordinator to join the Service Department at our Fairfield branch.

This crucial position will be responsible for coordinating, managing & scheduling all field service activities in line with Komatsu standards, policies & procedures. This includes co-ordination of our incredible team of technicians, parts, contractors and all other relevant parties involved in each job.

This role will also work to identify existing Komatsu customers who may not currently be utilising our service offerings and looking for ways to introduce our services and provide support with their Komatsu machines.

In this role you'll:

- Manage technician hours to minimise lost time
- Support Field Service Supervisor in the coordination of work in progress jobs, ensuring invoicing is accurate and any potential disputes are resolved prior to invoicing
- Maintain Warranty Work in Progress and Field Campaigns to ensure 100% of warranty jobs are successfully claimed by achieving all warranty claim KPI measures
- Update customers on job progress and notify customers of any changes to the delivery date of products or services.
- Maintain Work in Progress jobs under 30 days
- Ensure all service department activities meet Golden Rules & HSE standards
- Look at existing customer base and provide / recommend further service offerings and support for current and future machines

**What we are looking for**:

- Past experience in a Fleet/Service scheduling and coordinating or similar position.
- Exposure to Hire Equipment or Heavy Machinery industry is advantageous.
- Ideally has worked with OneView & SAP
- Customer service oriented and communication driven.
- An excellent understanding and commitment to safety and environment
- Ability to work autonomously and with mínimal Supervision.
