**About the role**:
As part of the continued growth and expansion of our Supply Chain strategy, Officeworks have an exciting fixed-term (up to 24 months) opportunity championing the coordination of stock replenishment through our Distribution Centres to stores and our valued customers. Coordinating the flow of stock through the X-Dock and IDC facilities, supporting Officeworks plans to maximise throughput and prioritisation requirements, this key role is about improving Officeworks’ in-stock position toward a positive customer experience.

This pivotal role will drive replenishment through partnering with key Supply Chain stakeholders both internal and external plus operational and Support Office teams.

With an eye on continuous improvement, improving the flow and handling of stock we are looking for a creative problem solver with a robust understanding of X-Dock, IDC and stores operations.

Key responsibilities:

- Partner with the Supply Chain Health and Safety Team to understand impacts on supply chain network and the safety reporting provided to Officeworks from Logistics Partners.
- Partner with Logistics Partners, Store Operations and Supply Chain Operations to ensure movement of freight is accurately planned and compliant.
- Ensuring sampling of COR related practices occurs at each site and identified non-compliance issues are acted upon in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the flow of stock through the X-Dock, IDC and stores facilities in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders streamlining order to delivery timeline and maximise throughput
- Partner with current major suppliers to improve and reduce supply delivery lead times for inventory replenishment
- Coordinate container unpack and 'flow through' programs in the IDC through to CFC/Stores
- Plan the DC network picking in consultation with the merchandise planning function to maximise efficiency and productivity while providing forecasting to support labour planning
- Provide detailed compliance reports to all stakeholders, with recommended actions for continuous improvement initiatives delivered by the logistics team.
- Provide analysis to support business activities including new store openings, relocations, store closures, merchandise range implementations and events such as Back to School and End of Financial Year.

**About you**:
As the key point of contact for replenishment planning across the business, this position requires an outstanding communicator with ability to foster trust and reliable support with qualifications in Supply Chain and a sound Logistics knowledge within a complex retail network.

In addition to your demonstrated experience in DC and transport operations, you place safety as a priority and can demonstrate an in-depth understanding of safety standards in an operational environment.
