Hourly Rate: $28.28 – $34.83 (Level WT 2.1 – 3.4)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Educator to join our supportive team at Busy Bees at Carrum Downs. As an Educator, you will play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment for children, supporting their growth and development in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs

  • Supporting children's individual learning and development needs

  • Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and NQF requirements

  • Creating inclusive, engaging, and safe learning spaces both indoors and outdoors

What You'll Need

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)

  • Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications

  • Sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQF

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing
