At Busy Bees at Lara, we are passionate about creating nurturing environments where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. We're looking for a qualified Full-Time Educator to join our dedicated team and help deliver high-quality education and care for up to 103 children.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to create engaging, play-based learning experiences, foster strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to a supportive team culture.

Your Impact as an Educator

  • Create and deliver play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues

  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements

  • Collaborate with the team to develop inclusive and engaging environments

  • Contribute to continuous improvement within the service

What You'll Bring

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved) – Working Towards not accepted for this role

  • Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
