Hourly Rate: $38.09 – $ benefits (WT 5A.1 to 5.4)

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Educational Leader for a 6-month fixed-term contract at Busy Bees at Amaroo. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead curriculum development and inspire educators while supporting quality outcomes for children and families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving educational programs and practice across all rooms

  • Mentoring and supporting educators with planning, observation, and reflection

  • Championing the EYLF, NQF, and Reggio-inspired approaches

  • Collaborating with the Centre Director to lead improvement plans

  • Supporting transitions, documentation, and compliance initiatives

What You'll Need

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

  • ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications

  • Proven experience leading curriculum and mentoring teams

  • Sound understanding of pedagogical leadership and critical reflection
