Casual Hourly Rate: $35.35 – $43.54

About the Role

Join our buzzing Hive at Busy Bees at Kensington as a Casual Educator and help shape the futures of our little learners. You'll step into a flexible and dynamic environment where your support makes a real difference every day.

As a Casual Educator, you will:

  • Step into different rooms and support permanent staff with routines and transitions
  • Assist in delivering play-based learning aligned with the EYLF
  • Be available for flexible shifts Monday to Friday, between 6:30am and 6:30pm
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Bring energy, initiative, and adaptability to each day

What You'll Need

To join our team, you'll need the following:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or studying towards one)
  • At least 6 months of experience in an early childhood setting
  • Current WA WWCC ( Working with Children Card )
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates
  • Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting Certificate
  • Australian work rights (Citizen, PR, or appropriate visa)
