State Coordinator
Part-Time | Hanes Brands Australasia

Join the team behind some of Australia's most iconic brands — Bonds, Berlei, Playtex, Voodoo and more. We're looking for a State Coordinator to support in-store execution across MYER and David Jones, lead our Bra Fitters and Merchandisers, and ensure our brands are consistently represented at their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the State Supervisor with day-to-day operations across your state
  • Coach and develop team members, building strong product knowledge and service capability
  • Maintain consistent visual merchandising standards and ensure all POS is current
  • Strengthen relationships with MYER and David Jones sales and VM teams
  • Protect and optimise category locations; negotiate for improved visibility where possible
  • Ensure accurate, timely communication with stores and completion of operational tasks
  • Support with rostering, admin tasks, and recruitment

What You Bring

  • Retail and merchandising experience (fashion retail preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience; multi-site experience ideal
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritise deadlines, and manage time effectively
  • A proactive, brand-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
