We have an exciting opportunity to join our Wholesale team as VIC State Co-ordinator. You'll assist in the management and optimisation of sales across our Victorian Wholesale stores. A Typical Day Might Look Like:

  • Supporting store operations by keeping the teams informed of goals, promotions, priorities, and tasks.
  • Coaching team members on the floor with real-time feedback on sales, service, and VM standards.
  • Assisting with customer interactions, including resolving escalated queries.
  • Maintaining merchandising and product presentation to brand standards.
  • Overseeing stock levels, replenishment, backroom organisation, and inventory rotation.
  • Training new team members and support ongoing development.
  • Managing breaks and shift coverage to ensure consistent staffing.
  • Share key updates from the Support Office with the team.

  • Must be able to travel to stores within Victoria.
  • A results-driven professional with a love for driving sales and building an energetic, high-performing team.
  • A leader who's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a standout in-store experience.
  • Someone confident in leading, coaching, and developing individuals to reach their full potential and exceed performance goals.
  • Experience in driving operational excellence, managing rosters and preparing back-of-house administration (desired).
  • Proactive problem solver with the aim to reach positive outcomes.
  • A fashion-forward thinker with a creative edge.
