Melbourne-based production company Monster & Bear are seeking a content producer as we head into 2026.

The role would be working as a producer alongside other project producers within the company, either taking on full projects, or working as support under another producer on other projects, pending where there is the most need on a regularly assessed basis.

Core Responsibilities

Producing content with, and for, clients across social, digital and/or the occasional TVC if required. This may include any of the following tasks:

  • Setting up and running client meetings / regular PPMs for project updates
  • Working within our project management software to draft project schedules
  • Location sourcing and permitting
  • Casting, talent management and contracting (including Working With Children Permits)
  • Liaising with our Post Producer and team to ensure project remains on track as it enters the post pipeline.

Qualifications

We don't require any specific qualifications for this role, but relevant experience will be hugely beneficial for the role. A similar role producing content for a production company or creative agency would be ideal.
