ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Producer to join Cricket Australia on a 6-month fixed term contract over this huge summer of Cricket You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of marcomms content on CA's websites - working collaboratively with a wide range of business stakeholders to produce digital content that allows us to communicate effectively with fans, participants and volunteers. You will play a key role in ensuring Cricket Australia's content is of the highest quality, engaging and aligned with business objectives, brand and tone of voice standards, and audience needs.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Martech & Capability you will also be responsible for:

• Ensuring all digital touchpoints meet accessibility, SEO, UX, and brand standards. Working closely with design, development, marketing, content and community teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Conducting pre-launch testing and coordinate feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• Monitoring analytics and user feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Managing scheduling, configuration, and quality assurance of livestream and radio streams across digital platforms, ensuring all match-day broadcasts are correctly set up, published, and functioning as intended.
• Ensuring all player headshots, series logos and other imagery are updated for each series.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As the successful Digital Producer, you will have:

• Proven experience in digital content production, web page creation, SEO and CMS management.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a marketing background.
• Strong eye for design and crafting intuitive end-to-end user journeys.
• Experience working in or with the sport industry highly regarded.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms.
