If you’re obsessed with making pixels look amazing then you sound like just the right person to join our in-house creative team as a Junior Digital Designer. Working closely with the Digital Designer, you to help bring our brand and products to life in the Digital realm. You’ll have a strong, consistent eye for design, in social and digital space. Each day will be different, from an array of marketing briefs to campaign rollout in EDM and ADs - you’ll need to be organised, efficient and able to pivot if necessary and work under pressure to meet daily deadline.

Digital Design
- Work closely with the Digital Designer within the Creative team
- Create, champion and comply with a consistent on-brand digital design ensuring it is distinctly on Sheet Society brand.
- Understand and work with distinctive brand assets such as logos, sub brands, icons, typography, typographical lockups, colour and imagery that is fit for purpose digitally.
- Be organised, and motivate those around you to achieve the shared creative brand vision.

Digital Asset Creation
- Work collaboratively with Social and Content Creation team members for asset creation and fit for purpose.
- Work with the digital designer from ideation through to production for new campaigns, focusing on assets such as Socials, EDMs and ADs.
- Work collaboratively with the digital designer and creative team and assist in creating parts of the campaign style guides.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the marketing team on monthly campaign deliverables that follow the style guide; bringing the campaign creative to life in a succinct and marketable way in ADs, EDMs, Socials and online experience.
- Work collaboratively with the UX/UI and Ecommerce team to develop assets for web design with a customer-focused methodology.

Asset coordination
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure that briefs are complete.
- Accountability to the delivery of digital design for daily and weekly deadlines, working within ASANA and Slack to collaborate and communicate.
- Assist in upkeeping the creative asset library, ensuring updates are done for brand assets and campaign assets.
- Keep up to date with the customer experience calendar.

Must-have skills for this role..
- Excellent communication, collaboration and prioritisation skills.
- A keen eye for design and all the finer details
- Skilled in Digital Design with a relevant tertiary qualification
- Experience in producing printed assets
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Graphic or Digital Designer.
- Proven ability as a graphic designer to then further push into motion and animation
- Competent in Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Animate, After Effects)
- Competent in work management system ASANA and SLACK
- Experience with a website software design tool Figma
- Experience with in After Effects
