ABOUT THE ROLE

Entering an exciting new phase of growth for the company, we are currently seeking an experienced Storeperson to join our fun and friendly team in Forrestdale WA. The ideal candidate will ensure all customer orders are prepared accurately and all stock is replenished ensuring incoming and outgoing goods are recorded and checked.

Interviews are available now. Working hours are Mon-Fri between 8am – 430pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pick and pack stock
  • Restock and maintain stock picking bins for either consumable or inventory stock
  • Ensure customer stock orders are accurately picked in accordance with order requirements
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
  • Organise and maintain inventory and storage area
  • Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions.
  • Calling and emailing customers when orders are ready for collection
  • Assist with loading and unloading of trucks and containers
  • Assist with cycle counting requirements
  • Assist walk in customers and always provide customers with a high quality of customer service

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience within a warehouse/stores environment
  • Basic knowledge of the hose and fittings industry
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Have a current Forklift ticket
  • Be able to complete tasks involving manual lifting and product identification.
  • Have good all-round admin skills
