**Position: Nursery Person/floriculture**

Location: Forrestdale Western Australia
Floraco is Western Australia’s largest producer of quality fresh flowers **.** We provide wholesale flowers to the florist and flower shops in WA.
**Nursery hand**
We are looking for permanent, full-time employees who have had a minimum of 5 years working in the industry.
Skills and experience:
- A qualification in Horticulture or related area
- Must have AQF Certificate III or relevant work experience for a minimum of 5 years
- Must know how to use machinery and basic tools.
- Experience in irrigation and temperature control systems
- Experience in growing process and crop maintenance.
- Must know how to tidy work areas and maintain cleanliness
- Must have attention to detail and fit to work outdoors
- Experience in Production work, preferably floriculture.
- Requirements
- 50-hour work week including weekend shifts in rotation.
- 6am starts over summer months.
- Peak production workloads on big flower harvest events.
Salary range: $75,000 - $80,000
**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Forrestdale, WA 6112: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Gardening: 5 years (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
