Hey, we're Motion By Design; a creative content agency specialising in bold, accessible visual communication. From animation and video to design and social, we help brands, organisations, and governments tell stories that stick .

Our team is packed with thinkers, makers, dreamers, and doers: Mow we're looking for someone eager to jump in, learn the ropes of agency life, and bring their own spark of creativity to the mix.

The Role

We're on the hunt for a Creative Intern who's:

  • Curious about the world of creative agencies
  • Keen to sharpen their skills in writing, content, and social media
  • Not afraid to get hands-on — whether that's on set, in the studio, office admin, or even on a coffee run

This isn't just about fetching things (although yes, sometimes snacks are mission-critical). It's about learning the craft of creative communication from the ground up.

There is scope for a perminant role in the near ruture too, either in account management, social, design, AI,or whatever clients might need.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Content & Writing: Drafting captions, scripts, and social posts that sound human, fresh, and fun.
  • On-Set Support: Assisting during video and photo shoots — think lighting, gear wrangling, and lending a hand wherever needed.
  • Studio Life: Helping the team prep projects, update agency dashboards, research creative ideas, and keep things moving smoothly.
  • Help with project management, emails and day to day running of the place.
  • Social Media: Contributing to planning, posting, and brainstorming content for our channels.
  • General Helping Hand: From shopping runs, filling up cars, the ocasional clean to setting up props, you'll see every side of how a creative agency runs.

About You

  • You love writing and storytelling (and you're keen to learn the art of making ideas land).
  • You're organised, adaptable, and happy to muck in with whatever the day throws up.
  • You've got an eye for detail but also a sense of fun.
  • You're curious about design, video, animation, and digital media (bonus if you've tinkered with creative tools before).
  • Most importantly: you're excited to learn.
