Social Media Manager

$75,000 FTE | 28 hours per week | Adelaide-based

Join the creative team behind some of Adelaide's most loved dining venues — including Lune, Dolly, Oliveti, Spread and more. We're looking for a talented and driven Social Media Manager to bring our brands to life online and help us tell the stories behind the food, people and places that make EMBR special.

About the role

This is a hands-on role managing content creation, community engagement and brand storytelling across multiple venues. You'll work closely with our leadership team, chefs, and venue managers to capture authentic moments and build engaging campaigns that grow our audience and connect with our guests.

Key details:

  • $75,000 FTE, 28 hours per week
  • Weekend availability required for venue visits and content capture
  • Adelaide-based role – driver's licence and car essential
  • Suits someone ready to grow within a dynamic local company
  • Prior social media management experience required
  • Hospitality knowledge or experience highly desirable
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.) desirable but not necessary

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience managing social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta Suite, etc.)
  • Confidence in content creation – photography, reels, copywriting and scheduling
  • Strong communication skills and creative flair
  • A collaborative approach and genuine interest in Adelaide's hospitality scene
