You will be joining a high performing team with excellent growth opportunitiesYou will be an ambitious self-starter, organized andPosition will suit someone who is results driven The Client Manager is responsible for proving best in class service for a key portfolio of diverse commercial clients and will work closely with their team members to implement strategies which focus on growth and retention of the team portfolio. This Client Manager Role is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment and will work closely with leadership to drive positive results in the region.Key responsibilities will include:Lead a diverse portfolio of clients across various industriesManage key stakeholder relationships and enhance the client experienceIdentify development opportunities for designated portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutionsDevelop new and profitable business within the National segmentContribute to the strategic direction of the National businessAchieve renewal and new business budgetMentorship and development of team members within the regionAbout you:This position will suit a someone with the following experience:Exceptional client relationship management capabilitiesExperience in insurance and risk management solutions for clientsFirst-class communication and presentation skillsA keen entrepreneurial spirit, with demonstrated new business successesStrong technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance productsLeadership and management experienceTier 1 QualificationBachelor's degree and/or relevant working experienceOrganisational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentHow we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
