FWR one of Australia's leading manufacturers of heavy haulage trailers. With state-of-the-art facilities and a strong reputation for quality, we take pride in delivering products that look great and built to last. We're looking for a skilled Spray Painter to join our team and play a key role in finishing our trailers to the highest standard.

The Role 

As a Spray Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, priming, and painting heavy haulage trailers and components. You'll work closely with our production team to ensure each trailer is finished to meet both our quality standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of surfaces including sanding, masking and priming.

  • Mixing paint

  • Applying topcoats and finishes to heavy haulage trailers, parts, and accessories.

  • Inspecting completed work to ensure a quality finish

  • Maintaining spray booths, tools and equipment

  • Following safe work practices

About You

  • Trade qualification in Spray Painting or equivalent experience.

  • Previous experience painting heavy vehicles, trailers, trucks, or equipment.

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality finishes.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Reliable and motivated
