The Opportunity:
We're on the lookout for an experienced, self-motivated Industrial Spray Painter/Sand Blaster
to join our team on the Gold Coast. This is a hands-on role in a clean, safe facility where safety, quality, and attention to detail are key.
You'll be working on metal structural components—prepping surfaces, applying coatings, and ensuring a high-quality finish that meets industrial standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primers
• Apply paints, protective coatings, or finishes using spray guns and other methods
• Operate sandblasting equipment to prepare surfaces for coating
• Mix paints and coatings to required colours and consistencies
• Ensure even coverage and high-quality finishes in line with specifications
• Maintain, clean, and store spray and sandblasting equipment
• Follow strict safety, environmental, and quality procedures at all times
Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience as an industrial spray painter/sand blaster (trade qualifications preferred but not essential)
• Knowledge of different coating systems, paints, and primers
• Strong understanding of PPE, ventilation, and safe work practices
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a team-focused environment
• Forklift licence – essential
