About this opportunity:

Join our creative team at Ericsson in the role of Service Delivery Coordinator The coordinator will undertake a range of tasks working closely with the Service Delivery Lead to support all client services across traditional audio description, file, live and automated captioning requirements both on-the-day and into the future.The coordinator will liaise with clients, production companies and external suppliers to source materials. When required, importing future TV schedules into internal workflow tools and will check work lists to ensure accuracy. The coordinator will also check amendments and update systems with new information in advance of TX, checking that resources are assigned to meet delivery deadlines.

What you will do:

  • Clients - Awareness of the contract deliverables for each client, contributing to ensuring that all SLAs are met; Point of contact for client production teams with responsibility for schedules, production scripts and media; Ensure client satisfaction through prompt and courteous responses
  • Operational Excellence - Actively support the Service Delivery Lead who is managing service delivery on the day; Identify ongoing resource requirements
  • Key Interfaces - This role will work in full partnership with the Service Delivery Group and captioners in all locations. Be in regular contact with counterparts within the global team as well as with a range of external clients and suppliers

Other duties include reporting for both internally and externally.
