Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Lead located in Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor team members, and ensure alignment with business objectives. The role entails managing workflows, driving team performance, fostering collaboration, and assisting with strategic initiatives. The Team Lead will also communicate with stakeholders, resolve escalations, and contribute to process improvements for optimal outcomes.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
