About The Role
Reporting to the Training Programs Lead, the Team Lead - Fellowship Support Program (FSP) is responsible for leading the administrative function of the FSP. This role requires a strong understanding of the program to effectively guide team members and support service excellence. This role focuses on building team capability, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and ensuring the team is equipped and empowered to deliver a high-quality Fellowship Support Program experience.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and inspire the FSP administration team, fostering a culture of service excellence, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • Mentor and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities to build capability and resilience.
  • Drive change by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational priorities.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless and impactful Fellowship Support Program experience.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of key program deliverables, ensuring timelines, risks, and quality standards are effectively managed.
  • Provide strategic oversight of legal documentation, agreements, and formal communications to ensure compliance and clarity for all FSP participants.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives with a focus on innovation, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable outcomes.

Skills & Experience

  • Relevant qualifications in support of the role, such as administration, management, or education
  • Demonstrated experience as a team leader, program coordinator or manager
  • Proven ability to work in a complex and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
  • Experience in project and change management methods.
