We're on the hunt for someone with strong residential estimating experience (5+ years) who understands production estimating inside and out.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop bills of quantities, manage budgets, and deliver precise cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with Site Managers, Suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Negotiate pricing and maintain supplier relationships
  • Accurately cost and prepare variations
  • Drive accuracy, speed, and quality across all estimating outputs

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of residential estimating experience (production background highly regarded)
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes & pricing structures
  • A trade background (ideally Carpentry) or a Diploma in Building & Construction
  • Great communication skills and the confidence to work across teams
  • A mindset for growth - you're hungry to evolve and take your career further
