JH Group Cleaning Services are looking for a window cleaner/offsider. All training and equipment will be provided. The job will be to take you from a basic novice through to a superstar window cleaner. Your roles will be to clean windows on residential and commercial properties whilst assisting the pressure washer in a 2 man crew. You will be trained in all glass types, how to clean them and fly screen removal. you will be required to conversate with customers and keep a good level of professionalism representing the company whilst working.

About You

The ideal candidate should have a good level of fitness, Fluent in conversational English, a pleasurable attitude, and a strong work ethic. You do not need to have had any experience in window cleaning before but a Willingness to learn and have good eye coordination is a bonus. A valid NSW clean driving license is preferred but not essential. A current NSW working with children check is a must as a lot of our work is on school premises and a hight safety certificate is a bonus. Ex forces absolutely welcome and would highly suit the position.

About Us

JH Group Cleaning Services is a small window cleaning and pressure washing company based in Sydney. Founded on a military background, we have been servicing the greater Sydney area for 2.5 years and have built up a healthy client base of customers varying from motor dealerships and yacht clubs to residential and private schools as well as strata contracts and construction cleaning. We pride ourselves on professionalism and maintaining the customer experience through quality and rapport building.

The Job

We are currently looking for a casual employee to grow the business and take on the window cleaning role of the team using traditional mop and squeegee and also waterfed pole. With a brand new truck coming at the end of October we are looking to hit the ground running with a fully trained team than can work efficiently on jobs. A lot of the work is outdoors and our most busiest period is the school holidays. As a casual employee we can guarantee a minimum paid work day is 6hrs with most days being around 8-9hrs. There are some Saturdays throughout the year and some days could be early starts if we have to travel to the job. Most jobs start at 7:30am. If you rock and learn fast then a full time contract awaits. If you are ex forces we do offer extra perks and a look forward to taking on a more significant role.
