Description:

Angela and the team at Holiday Hygiene are looking for reliable and motivated cleaners with Airbnb or short-term rental cleaning experience. As a fast-growing small business, we value professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail. Cleaning assignments may require independence or teamwork, with travel between properties in Paddington, Glebe, and Darlinghurst.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough cleaning of Airbnb and short-term rental properties, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas.
  • Ensure all linens are fresh and amenities are replenished.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
  • Maintain high-quality standards to guarantee guest satisfaction.
  • Be able to efficiently complete 3-4 cleans per working day.

Requirements:

  • Proven Airbnb or short-term rental cleaning experience.
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle preferred (for primary cleaner role); offsiders must be willing to drive their own car when required.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including same-day turnovers and weekends.
  • Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Punctual, trustworthy, and professional in all interactions.
