About the role:

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team in Bayswater, WA. 

This is a full-time position requires someone who is proactive and confident in a busy office.

Must be available to start immediately.

To be considered for this position you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Reception experience is preferred

  • Exceptional customer service and telephone skills

-Excellent communication and attention to detail

-Basic computer literacy

-Ability to manage a busy phone line

-Experience invoicing and taking payments

-Ability to work independently under pressure

-Drivers licence and own transport

Your duties will include:

-Answering all incoming calls and following up all enquiries

-Assist customers with orders and taking payments

-General administration duties

-Supporting the team in the smooth running of the office
