About the Career Comeback Program

Our 12-week Career Comeback program is designed to help talented professionals confidently re-enter the workforce. You'll join us in a permanent role within our Institutional Banking & Markets (IB&M) business while receiving wrap-around support, including:

• A structured induction and re-onboarding experience
• Personalised career coaching and mentoring
• Professional development workshops to rebuild confidence and help you thrive from day one
• A dedicated program manager to guide you through every stage

About the team and opportunity

Global Markets is responsible for the trading and sales activities in financial markets encompassing Capital Markets, Syndication, Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income and Interest Rate products.

We are looking for individuals with relevant experience in any of these areas and will work with you to understand your skill set and career goals. We have potential opportunities across both our operations and support functions, trading and client-facing (sales) teams.

Please note: While this is a full-time position, we're open to a job-share arrangement, with each candidate working three days per week if we find two suitable applicants with aligned skillsets.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Taken a career break of two years or more (essential)
• Relevant professional experience within global markets and/or investment banking, ideally in a client-facing capacity
• AFMA and/or other relevant Financial Markets accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, capable of dealing with a range of stakeholders
