The Role

Based on beautiful Kamilaroi Country | Lake Keepit

As the Guest Experience Managerat Wilderluxe Lake Keepit, you'll be the heart of every guest's stay. This role extends beyond hospitality; you'll be an ambassador for sustainable & luxury camping, while fostering deep guest connection with Country.

In this role, you'll lead the delivery of exceptional guest experiences by creating a customer-focusedculture, driving operational excellence, and championing the Wilderluxe brandthoughblending strategic leadership with hands-on service delivery. Through innovation, continuous improvement, and a commitment to premium service standards, you will ensure every guest interaction enhances brand reputation, supports financial goals, and strengthens customer loyalty.

About You

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Establish strong guest relationships;
  • Develop strong partnerships to achieve results aligned with company goals;
  • Demonstrate a strong businessacumen;
  • Demonstrate previous experience within a reservations system (preferably RMS) and a proven skill set in booking chart optimisation;
  • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail in all aspects of the property;
  • Demonstrate outstanding personal presentation;
  • Understand the importance of hospitality in the world of luxury camping;
  • Comfortably guide guests through concierge style experiences and conversations; and
  • Influence and inspire others to deliver on company goals.

Essential requirements of this role:

  • Experience in Hospitality & Tourism;
  • Current AUSDrivers Licence;
  • First Aid Certificate;
  • NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (or willingness to obtain); and

This role may be adjusted to accommodatethe needs for a couple application.
