**Trainer & Assessor - Business & Retail**

**About the roles**:
We are seeking experienced and qualified trainers and assessors to deliver and assess the following:

- BSB20120 Certificate II in Workplace Skills (including foundation skills Units) and
- BSB30120 Certificate III in Business or
- SIR30216 Certificate III in Retail

The position is for the delivery and assessment of these qualifications for both classroom and traineeships, on and around the Sydney Metropolitan and/or NSW Central Coast region.

**Essential skills and experience**
- Hold the current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment OR TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with the appropriate units to satisfy Trainer and Assessor requirements.
- Hold the current Vocational Qualification/s
- Current industry experience
- Experienced in delivering training and conducting assessments to various student cohorts
- A clear and reportable professional development plan
- Good administrative skills in terms of training delivery, reporting and schedule management
- A Working with Children's Check.

**Desirable skills and experience**
- Experience in working with and/or training people from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Experience in working with and/or training students that may be unemployed or require additional employment support
- Good organisation and time management skills
