We are currently seeking a Civil Supervisor - Urban with significant subdivision experience for long term project based on the North of Brisbane, in the Caboolture area. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience on subdivision and new land development projects with the demonstrated ability to achieve quality, on-time outcomes while maintaining excellent safety and environmental outcomes.

Key requirements:

  • Provide supervision of crew, including managing performance and behaviour in the workplace
  • Manage site safety and environmental compliance
  • Manage sub-contractors
  • Planning and coordination of resources to meet project objectives
  • Ability to integrate engineering and construction methodologies
  • Experience in structural concrete on Civil Construction sites
  • Read and interpret drawings and surveys
  • Ability to work hands on if required
  • Strong communication skills including verbal, written and interpersonal
