We're currently looking for someone who can build genuine rapport with participants who would feel most comfortable with a female support worker for personal or social support needs.

At the moment, we have opportunities to support a young adult participant in Werribee who would benefit from a calm, patient worker with shared interests such as gardening, vegan cooking, and creative hobbies like anime or art.

  • Responsibilities include:

  • Providing daily living support (meal prep, routines, and household assistance)

  • Supporting social participation and community engagement
  • Encouraging independence and confidence through consistent, friendly interaction
  • Documenting support and maintaining professional communication

Requirements:

  • Warm, patient, and reliable personality
  • Female support worker preferred (based on participant comfort and personal care needs)
  • NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, and First Aid/CPR
  • Driver's licence and vehicle (preferred)
  • Experience supporting individuals with Autism (desirable but not essential)
