What you'll actually be doing

  • Answering the phone like a legend and turning calls into bookings.
  • Talking through our $28 safety checks without jargon or scare tactics.
  • Guiding customers so they feel good about saying "yes" to the work their car really needs.
  • Keeping our workshop humming with happy, confident customers.

Who you probably are

  • The type of person everyone calls when they need advice (because you explain things without making people feel silly).
  • Not afraid of a diary full of bookings — in fact, you love it.
  • Comfortable asking "so, do you want us to go ahead and fix that today?"
  • Maybe you're into cars, maybe not. But you're definitely into people.
