If you can balance a cocktail shaker like it's second nature, charm guests without even trying, and tell a Negroni from a Boulevardier in your sleep — we need to talk.
We're Noknok, a soon-to-open cocktail bar with a menu that makes taste buds fall in love. Now we're looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and committed bartender to help bring it all to life.
What we're after:
- Strong cocktail knowledge & passion for the craft (bonus points for creative flair)
- Professional service skills with a warm, engaging personality
- Commitment — preferably Cairns local or planning to stay long-term
- Someone who thrives in a speakeasy-style environment and loves creating memorable experiences
