Responsibilities
  • Lead with Impact: Oversee daily operations across our vibrant bars, bustling restaurants, and welcoming accommodation, ensuring every detail is perfect.
  • Inspire Your Team: Motivate, mentor, and develop our passionate staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Elevate Guest Experiences: Be the go-to person for our guests, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and making sure every visit is memorable.
  • Drive Success: Manage staffing, scheduling, and inventory, while keeping an eye on budgets and ensuring we're always operating efficiently.
  • Champion Safety and Compliance: Ensure we meet all health, safety, and licensing regulations, keeping our team and guests safe.
What You'll Do
  • Support the Venue Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service in our bar, restaurant, and accommodation.
  • Inspire and mentor your team, driving a positive and productive culture focused on excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement.
  • Be the point of contact for guest inquiries, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience, from check-in to checkout.
  • Assist in managing stock, scheduling, and staff performance while maintaining efficient operations and adhering to budget targets.
  • Assist in ensuring the venue adheres to health and safety guidelines, licensing laws, and all regulatory requirements.
Skills & Qualifications

The following skills, behaviors, and qualifications are essential:

  • Current Approved Manager License, RMLV, RSA, RSG and CLO(or willing to obtain)
  • Experience managing teams in a hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills with excellent communication
  • Availability to work hospitalityhours.
  • Ability to manage conflict and remain calm under pressure.
  • Experience in ahigh-volumefood, bar, function, gaming, and retail environment.
