Role Purpose:
Leading a high energy, passionate and creative Food and Beverage Team - this expansive role is responsible for the ongoing success and growth of Flynn's Italian.
Located on Level One of Crystalbrook Flynn, Flynn's Italian is loud and fun, with an inviting vibe that is quintessentially Italian. The sophisticated yet playful menu pays homage to the best of the region's seasonal produce and speaks to the rich local history of Italian immigrants and the surrounding farmland.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading service and customer experience across the venue, collaborating closely with our Kitchen team
- Cost control, rostering and wage management
- Recruitment, training, rostering and team development
- Daily service standards, compliance, RSA, WHS and incident management
- Collaborating with our marketing teams to drive volume through activations, events and promotions
Skills and experience:
We are looking for a skilled and career-focused beverage and hospitality leader. Your previous management experience is important, along with exposure to working in premium service environments. You'll bring:
- Proven leadership in a premium hospitality venue
- A sharp eye for food, beverage, and service excellence and the standards to match
- Drive, ambition, and a genuine love for creating unforgettable guest experiences
- Curiosity and creativity, always looking for fresh ideas to level up our offering
- Lead-from-the-front energy, inspiring and developing a passionate, motivated team
- Operational know-how — confidently managing rosters, budgets, and compliance
- Solid WHS and legislative knowledge, with safety and compliance being second nature to you
