About the RoleWe're looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Relationship Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, helping them navigate overdue accounts with professionalism and care. You'll play a key role in building customer trust and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage a portfolio of accounts with overdue balances using various collection strategies

Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to negotiate and establish payment plans

Investigate to locate and re-establish contact with hard-to-reach customers

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account updates

Work closely with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and account resolution

Address concerns, resolve disputes, and handle objections effectively
-
Monitor and report on the status of outstanding accounts

Provide excellent service while managing sensitive or challenging conversations
-
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Resilient and solutions-focused mindset

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs

Empathy and professionalism when dealing with sensitive issues

Previous experience in customer service, collections, finance, or sales is ideal — but not essential
