We are looking for a capable all-rounder to join our dynamic team in a customer service and admin support role, based out of our Head Office in Miranda, with flexibility of working from home. You will need to be organised, reliable, and happy juggling varied tasks.

Role: Customer Service / Administration / Executive Support

Permanent Part Time: 30 hours per week (across 4 or 5 days), Hybrid work environment in our office (Miranda) and work from home.

· Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries mainly via phone & email

· Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

· Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome and experience.

· Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds in a timely and accurate manner.

· Maintain and update customer records in the company's database.

· Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues.

· Identify and suggest opportunities for improving customer service processes.

· Uphold company values and deliver service with professionalism and empathy.

· Support to Management Team

· Assist with administrative tasks, including booking meeting rooms and preparing materials.

· Provide day-to-day operational support to help achieve business objectives.

· Assist in the planning and coordination of trade shows, exhibitions, and events.

· Organise logistics, including venue arrangements, travel, and materials preparation.

Qualifications:

· year of successful experience as a Personal / Executive Assistant, Administrative Extraordinaire or Customer Service, showcasing your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, meticulously organise events and calendars, and consistently meet deadlines with grace under pressure.

· Clear, confident communication, this role requires polished written and verbal communication skills and interacting professionally with stakeholders at all levels.

· Tech Savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.

· Independent Drive, Collaborative Spirit. The ability to take initiative and work autonomously while also being a collaborative and supportive team player.

· Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and acting with the highest ethical standards.
