About the Role

As a Casual Sales Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-tier customer service and sharing your knowledge of cameras, lenses, and tech with our customers. Whether you're helping a professional photographer gear up or guiding a first timer through their first camera purchase, you'll be at the heart of the action.

  • Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide expert product advice and recommend suitable solutions
  • Process sales and handle POS transactions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
  • Assist with stock management and merchandising
  • Stay updated on the latest tech and gear

About You

  • A genuine passion for photography, videography, or consumer tech
  • Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, as required
