Bedgear is one of the fastest growing global brands in Performance Sleep, now in 40+ countries, we are about to open our second Australia Flagship store in Miranda. We can only continue to grow if we have have great people. Our first store, in Warringah Mall, is run by a passionate team who are building rave Google customer reviews for their innovate approach to providing a personalised fit within a great instore experience.

Your Role

Working full time, including 3 weekends in 4, you will report to our senior store manager in Warringah Mall. You will:

  • Manage the day to day operations of the store and team members
  • Ensure that Bedgear continue to deliver exceptional customer service by owning the relationships with our customers.
  • Oversee time rostering of your team (2-4 part time/casual staff)
  • Assist in the recruiting of your team
  • Minimum experience managing teams of 2-5 staff members is required.
  • Manage achievement of store and personal sales budgets
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate customer deliveries with supply partners.

About you

  • You have experience in management of a sales focussed, consumer branded products store, with team responsibility or
  • you are a store 2IC wanting to level up.
  • Australian work rights are required for this position.
