The opportunity

3030 Waterfront is seeking enthusiastic Front of House Staff of all positions and levels ( waitstaff, runners, bar staff, function staff, supervisors) to join our dynamic venue in Werribee South. As part of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

  • Taking orders, running sections, understanding modes of service, beverage service and food service
  • Assisting guests with menu selections, answering queries, and addressing any concerns
  • Deliver efficient, consistent level of service inline with restaurant demands
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
  • Contributing to a positive team dynamic and supporting team members

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the Hospitality & Tourism industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • A friendly, energetic, and professional demeanour
  • Willingness to work in a casual environment
  • The ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Sense of humor
