Opal Bar is the new local hangout — espresso and brunch by day, wood-fired pizza, tapas & cocktails by night. We're looking for a chef with flair who's ready to help us build a menu that keeps people coming back.

What you'll be doing:

  • Prepping and cooking modern brunch, pizza, and tapas dishes
  • Freedom to create all menus (all day menu, tappas and function)
  • Running an efficient, clean kitchen
  • Working closely with a small, friendly FOH team

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in a similar role (café/restaurant/pizza oven experience a big plus)
  • Loves fresh, creative food and can bring ideas to the table
  • Works well under pressure and keeps standards high
