We are seeking Full-time or CasualPizza Chefs to join our growing team

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to the construction and costing of menus with new culinary creations
  • Assisting the Executive Chef and Head Chef with the overall operation of the kitchen
  • Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation
  • Manage the maintenance and ordering stocks and supplies
  • Manage food costs in line with the budget, along with labour costs
  • Maintain consistent food standards and cleaning/hygiene routines
  • Lead the kitchen team to ensure efficient and productive delivery of quality foods

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience using a woodfire oven and hand stretching dough
  • Ability to produce pizzas in an efficient and consistent manner
  • Demonstrated culinary flair and genuine passion for the industry
  • Experience in a fast-paced venue
  • Effectively leading, training and mentoring your team
