Immediate start for an experienced Proposals / Bids Coordinator to join a leading construction business delivering on major infrastructure projects. In this long term project, you will work with a team to deliver a high level of administrative support and work closely key stakeholders to ensure proposals are delivered on time, and to the required standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Organise meetings with key stakeholders as well as prepare agendas, minutes, and distribute outcomes
  • Collate and prepare all proposal documentation to client and internal requirements
  • Review and receipt requests for information
  • Preparing and submitting RFIs, clarifications, and responses
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders from the technical, commercial and estimator teams
  • Track and document proposal progress through the submission lifecycle

What you need to bring to the role:

  • Some experience in bids/proposals coordination or support within Bids/Tenders team
  • Confidence to liasie with senior stakeholders both verbal and written
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and deadline driven
  • Immediately available to step into a fast-paced role
