They are seeking an Bidding Coordinator to join a specialised team in their Sydney CBD office.
The role will be focused on drafting tender and fee proposals, with a strong focus on attention to detail and excellent written skills.
Benefits include: Excellent remuneration ($70 - 90k) Centrally located office in the Sydney CBD Flexible working environment The RoleAs the Bidding Coordinator duties include: Drafting bids/ fee proposals/ tenders Attaching all relevant documentation before submissions Providing administrative support and database maintenance Assisting in the write up and preparation of internal and external publications Researching clients to prepare for tenders/ bigs/ proposals Assisting in proposal preparation, formatting, and all written documents Ad hoc admin and office assistance as required Skills & ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have: Strong Microsoft Word Excellent attention to detail and written communications Experience in property, quantity surveying, building/ construction, or related industry a bonus Exposure to Canva a bonus Curtis Partnership specialises in Property, Accounting, Sales & Operations and Technology recruitment.
