To provide support for the field service technicians across domestic and international service markets. The Technical Service Assistant will act as a relief to the Quality Control and Conversion Room divisions. The role will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling of service orders, resource allocation of service technicians and generally managing and coordinate all administration to do with service orders and service warehouse inventory.

  • Support the Service Department across multiple divisions, ensuring smooth coordination and communication between teams.
  • Act as a reliable relief resource for the Quality Control and Conversion Room, assisting with equipment testing, configuration, and preparation for deployment.
  • Manage and coordinate Repair Orders, ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing, and effective follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee service warehouse inventory.
  • Maintain technical knowledge of company products
  • Maintain working knowledge of compliance requirements
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or software issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest improvements

Education and Prior Experience:

  • 2–4 years' experience in field service or technical support roles
  • Experience working with gaming machines is highly regarded
  • Previous experience working in heavily regulated industries is highly regarded
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Experience with diagnostic tools and service software
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
  • MS office skills
  • This role requires the candidate to be able to meet the following physical requirements:

o Lifting equipment up to 5 kg safely

o Driving in a tool of trade vehicle for extended periods of time

  • This role may require domestic and international travel
