As a Service Technician you play a critical role in delivering our products to our customers. Working closely with our Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing Warehouse team you will be responsible for delivering on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for equipment and systems at customer locations.

The Field Service Technician ensures optimal performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Install, configure, and test equipment at customer sites
  • Maintain technical knowledge of company products
  • Maintain working knowledge of compliance requirements
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or software issues
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs
  • Educate customers on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and service kits
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest improvements
  • Travel to various client locations as required

  • 2–4 years' experience in field service or technical support roles
  • Experience working with gaming machines is highly regarded
  • Previous experience working in heavily regulated industries is highly regarded
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Experience with diagnostic tools and service software
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
  • MS office skills
  • This role requires the candidate to be able to meet the following physical requirements:
  • Lifting equipment up to a max of 25 kg safely
  • Driving in a tool of trade vehicle for extended periods of time
  • Standing for a large part of day
