Are you a people person with a passion for community, fitness, and fun? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, we want YOU to join our vibrant team at the Geographe Leisure Centre

We're on the lookout for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused legends to join our casual pool of Customer Service Officers. Whether you're greeting guests with a smile, helping members with bookings, or keeping things running smoothly at reception — you'll be the face of our fantastic facility.

As our facility is a 7 day operation, you will be required to work weekends and be flexible to work across a range of short shifts including early mornings and evenings (unfortunately this position does not accommodate working during school hours).

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Welcoming and assisting customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Handling bookings, memberships, and general enquiries
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Leisure Centre
  • Creating a positive and inclusive experience for all visitors

What We're Looking For:

  • A genuine love for helping people
  • Great communication and multitasking skills
  • Previous customer service experience (bonus points for leisure or fitness industry)
  • Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts
