Description

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing
  • Administer payroll tax, superannuation, child support payments, and wage on-charge invoices.
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly General Ledger payroll journals.
  • Interpret Awards and Agreements and provide payroll advice to staff and management.
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll-related legislation and deadlines.
  • Drive process improvement and change management initiatives
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and position descriptions.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate performance reviews, pay increases, and bonus letters.
  • Other ad hoc tasks

Profile

  • Proven experience in end-to-end payroll
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
