The Opportunity

As a Client Services Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients and a key support to our accountants and advisors. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to build a rewarding career in professional services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding client service by managing phone, email, and in-person enquiries.
  • Maintain and update client records and practice management systems.
  • Maintain Company & Trust registers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with ATO and ASIC lodgements, applications, and correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to accountants and advisors, including document preparation and reporting.
  • Monitor and manage compliance deadlines for BAS, Income Tax Returns, and ASIC company statements.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the office, including reception and general administrative support.

About You

  • Minimum 12 Months experience in administration, client services, and/or professional services (accounting)
  • Prior experience with the ATO and ASIC strongly desired
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Professional communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Xero Practice Manager.
  • A proactive, reliable team player with a strong client service focus.
