ERM is seeking a Client Services Support to join our growing team in Adelaide, Australia. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, and is comfortable collaborating across global time zones. A "get-it-done" attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for sustainability and technology are essential.

Key Responsibilities

The Client Services Support works closely with the Partner in Charge and Director of Sales, providing administrative, marketing, and sales support as required.

The role supports business operations by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, maintaining records, upholding organisational policies, and contributing to decision-making through analysis. It also plays a vital role in building positive stakeholder relationships and acts as a key point of support for the leadership team and the Adelaide office.

You'll support the Net Zero Cloud business in the following ways:

Marketing & Sales

  • Assist in creating graphics and visual materials for tenders, stakeholder plans, and business projects.

    Contribute to tender preparation including formatting, content development, and presentation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, leadership, and executives on resourcing tasks and monthly support services reports.
  • Provide administrative ownership and support across sales and marketing functions.
  • Generate leads to support the Sales team.
  • Coordinate partnerships with external providers.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system.​

Business Support/Leadership/Strategy

  • Prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and manage correspondence and records.
  • Running reports to support our Managed Services business.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships between operational and sales teams.
  • Organise and host internal and external events.
  • Manage procurement tasks, including office orders, supplies, and facilities upkeep, escalating issues when required.
  • Provide diary management support for multiple leaders.
  • Process business expenses and manage receipt tracking.
  • Coordinate logistics and prepare materials for meetings, tenders, and internal events.
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff, including document preparation, reporting, and team administration.

Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with corporate, industry, and legislative requirements.
  • Report risks, breaches, and incidents promptly.
  • Comply with WHS legislation, policies, and safe work practices.
  • Identify and report workplace hazards and incidents.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1+ years experience, combined within areas outlined above.
  • Strong computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • High level of communication, customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with people at all levels of role-seniority.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience, combined within areas outlined above.
