Signage Installer

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Install vinyl stickers and signage on glass windows according to client specifications and design requirements.
- Ensure proper preparation of surfaces and cleaning before installation to achieve optimal adhesion and appearance.
- Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to install signage safely and efficiently, minimizing waste and rework.
- Pay close attention to detail to ensure accurate alignment, placement, and finishing of vinyl stickers for a professional appearance.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to coordinate installation schedules and requirements.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues or challenges that may arise during the process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment before, during, and after installations.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements and product enhancements based on on-site experiences.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in signage installation, particularly with vinyl stickers on glass windows.
- Strong understanding of installation techniques, tools, and materials used in the signage industry.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and project specifications accurately.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and maneuver signage materials and equipment as needed.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Flexible availability to work on a casual basis, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
